Class Schedule & Flow
7:00 PM – Opening Guidance & Relaxing Words We begin by dropping the "shitty rules" of the day. A moment to settle in, find your space, and set the intention to protect your energy.
7:05 PM – Breathwork Transitioning from the mental noise to the physical self. Focused breathing to "stop the energy leak" and calm the nervous system.
7:15 PM – Opening Meditation & Healing Body Scan A guided journey through the body to identify where you are holding tension and begin the restorative process.
7:25 PM – The Yoga Practice Mindful movement and stretching designed to reclaim your physical agency and build strength without depletion.
8:00 PM – Tibetan Yoga (Lu Jong) A sacred practice of movement and breath to release blockages and balance your internal energy.
8:15 PM – Final Guidance Integration of the practice—taking the "experiment" from the mat and preparing it for your daily life.
8:25 PM – Healing Hands & Closing Savasana Total surrender. A deep restorative rest with healing touch to seal in your energy before you head home.

What to Bring
To get the most out of your session and stay comfortable during our meditations, please bring the following:
Yoga Mat: A stable base for your practice.
Warm Throw or Blanket: Essential for staying cozy during the healing body scan and closing Savasana.
Cushion: To support your seating and comfort during meditation.
1kg Dumbbells: We will use these light weights to support our strength and energy work.
Water Bottle: To stay hydrated as we "stop the leak" and refresh the body.
How to Dress: Please wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely. We recommend layers so you can adjust your temperature as we move from active yoga to deep relaxation.

Expert Instruction: Full 85-minute guided session with Caroline.
Specialized Practices: Access to Tibetan Yoga (Lu Jong) and Healing Body Scan techniques.
Energy Tools: Guided meditations and personal "energy protection" guidance.
The Space: A dedicated, quiet sanctuary in your local community.
Healing Touch: Optional "Healing Hands" during the final closing Savasana.
What the student needs to provide themselves:
Yoga Equipment: Please bring your own mat, cushion, and 1kg dumbbells.
Personal Comfort: Throws/blankets are not provided; please bring your own for the relaxation segments.
Transport
Refreshments: Please bring your own water bottle.
